Christopher "Chris" Allen Coble, 35, of Carlisle, has been held without bail in the Cumberland County Prison on charges of felony Aggravated Indecent Assault (three counts), Unlawful Contact With a Minor (two counts), and Sexual Abuse of Children, as well as two counts of misdemeanor Indecent Assault, according to a release by the Carlisle police on Monday night, Oct. 28.
The investigation into Coble began the same day the "talk" about what is and is not appropriate touches on March 21, 2024, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
The teacher told the class, made up of children 5 years old and younger, who can and cannot see their private body parts, going on to tell them that parents and doctors may need to see private parts for bathing and medical purposes, as explained in the affidavit.
**WARNING THE FOLLOWING DETAILS ARE DISTURBING**
After the lesson, a girl in the class told the teacher that Coble touches, tickles, and grabs her "kitty" and sometimes takes photographs of it — the girl put her hands over her private area while saying this, as detailed in the affidavit.
The teacher used correct medical language for private body parts during the lesson never using the term "kitty", the teacher told the police.
The student was taken to the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Children's Advocacy Center for an interview but the results of which were "inconclusive," police stated in the release.
Coble was interviewed by police on Friday, May 17. He admitted to taken the pictures while he was drunk and didn't think the girl knew, according to the affidavit.
During the interview, he said:
"I was sexually touched. I had photographs taken of me and I just felt violated."
He went on to clarify that he is a dad now and never wanted to do that but he explained that this girl was different because he felt sexually aroused by her, according to the affidavit.
The investigator then slid the photos across the desk to Coble saying, "You didn't think of what happened to you but you went and did it anyways."
That's when Coble graphically began demonstrating what he did to the girl, admitting to the assault and photos, the police wrote in the affidavit.

After the investigation was completed Coble was arrested on Monday, Oct. 28, according to the police release and confirmed by court documents. His preliminary arraignment was held before Magisterial District Judge Michael Sanderson at 7 p.m.
Coble's preliminary hearing is scheduled before Magisterial District Judge Jonathan R. Birbeck at 10: 15 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 6, according to his court docket.
